WE HOST AND COACH
We help design your event from the ground up—making it fun, impactful, engaging, inclusive, and dynamic. If needed, we also provide consultation in recruiting speakers and performers.
Speaker Coaching
We guide and support event speakers in delivering interactive and engaging presentations, talks, or workshops—if necessary. Many experts appreciate practical presentation tips, and co-presenting can often be a fun and effective choice!
Engaging Event Moderation
Why settle for a host when you can have a skilled moderator? A great moderator sets the tone and ensures high-quality interaction from the very first minutes. Right from the start, your audience will know they’ve stepped into a different kind of event—one that’s fun, active, and energizing. No struggling to stay awake or playing buzzword bingo!
We know how to engage and warm up your audience while creating a psychologically safe and inclusive atmosphere.

WE OFFER ENGAGING CONTENT
Interviews, Panel Discussions, and Case Simulations
Variety is key in any event—no one stays engaged through six identical PowerPoint presentations where one person speaks, and everyone else listens. To activate experts and create meaningful interaction with the audience, we incorporate interviews, panel discussions, and dramatic simulations.
Interactive Keynotes and Workshops
Naturally, you can also book an engaging keynote, closing summary, or workshop tailored to your event’s theme.
And if you're ready to go bold and try something truly new and different, check out the Online Open Space method—also available in a live format!

OOS - Online Open Space
Open Space Technology (OST) – A Powerful Way to Facilitate Collaborative Events
Open Space Technology (OST) is a simple yet profound method for facilitating community-driven meetings, gatherings, and conferences. It operates entirely on participants' interest and enthusiasm, with the content being co-created in real-time.
Now, Open Space is also available online! Join us or invite us to facilitate one for your community!
How does it work?
Anyone can propose a session, sign up as a facilitator, and write a brief description of their session for the program document. A session could be a workshop, lecture, discussion, or experimental lab. The facilitator doesn't necessarily have to be an expert; they can simply provide a theme for discussion or present a problem to the group, which will come together to solve it. Each facilitator will present their session topic to the group, and then we'll split into virtual rooms based on session topics.
Who Decides What Needs to Be Done?
No one. Each person is responsible for their own choices. The core of Open Space can be summed up in four principles that spark passionate ownership, excitement, and innovation in our gatherings.
Four Principles
-
The right people are present.
Trust your intuition and join the session where you feel most engaged right now. -
The start is the right time, no matter when it happens.
Allow things to unfold at their own pace—without rushing or delaying. -
Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.
Focus on the present moment, without wishing for something else to occur. -
We stop when it’s over.
Focus on the flow, not the clock. If you find yourself wondering if it’s time to end, it probably is—for you, at least, and it’s time to move on to something else.

The Law of 2 Feet
The only law used in Open Space is the Law of Two Feet. According to this law, anyone who feels they have nothing to contribute to a session or gain from it is required to use their two (virtual) feet and move immediately to another session that is likely to be more rewarding for them. The Two Feet Law naturally creates two typical participant roles:
Are you a Bee or a Butterfly?
Bees fly from session to session, cross-pollinating discussions. Butterflies, on the other hand, stay in one session, enjoying the warm conversation and extracting every last drop of nectar. Both roles are essential for creating interesting discussions, innovations, and the overall Open Space group process.
Closing Open Space
There can be two or more rounds of simultaneous sessions, with durations varying depending on the available time. Once the last sessions are completed, the group gathers for final reflections and conclusions. After that, the creative virtual space created in Open Space is closed.
