The most important skill of any facilitator!

Team Building - Creating psychosocial safety

No change is possible without a sufficiently high level of psychosocial safety. Therefore, deep learning is only possible if the group atmosphere is  safe and accepting – and that safety is maintained and renewed with every meeting.

Psychosocial safety is not something that can be agreed upon or declared. It is created through behavior, expression, and the quality of interaction. This training provides you with the fundamental tools to guide the quality of your group’s interactions.

Both online and offline!

Teambuilding - creating psychosocial safety

Do you want to make group facilitation light and easy, both in person and online? Experience less resistance and celebrate the transformation of your group and individuals!

A facilitator's own expression is an essential tool. This training equips you with the skills to guide the quality of group interactions, using both your own expression and simple exercises.

The quality of interaction is primarily influenced by how group members respond to each other’s words and actions. In this training, you will learn how to guide these reactions.

Participants will gain practical tools to strengthen their meeting skills and build and maintain psychosocial safety in the groups they work with.

  • Awareness of your own body language when guiding a group.
  • Recognition of body language and verbal minimal feedback.
