About our training programs

Our training programs are interactive, guaranteed fun, and based on experiential learning. We incorporate engaging exercises, followed by reflective discussions, linking insights to both theory and real-world workplace applications.

Together with our clients, we design training processes tailored to current development needs. These range from short 2–4 session mini-processes to 1–2 month transformation programs. Training modules can also be combined into a longer-term process to drive and sustain cultural change. Additionally, we offer standalone training days (full- or half-day) and shorter sessions of 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

We use a multi-method approach, leveraging the metaskills of improvisation to enhance workplace resilience, adaptability, communication clarity, and creative problem-solving. Our methods also include facilitation, coaching, applied improvisation, forum theater, story theater, solution-focused supervision, positive psychology, and the Solios Spheres framework.

All our training programs can be tailored to different durations and group sizes, covering individuals, teams, and entire organizations. Many of our clients build development processes by combining our training modules. Typically, a process kicks off with a keynote, followed by short training sessions or extended remote-guided programs. Nearly all of our training sessions are available in both live and online formats.
