Conflict Management Skills
In the training, participants will proactively learn to prevent, manage, and de-escalate challenging interaction situations, focusing on identifying and handling negative emotions while building a safe and flexible communication culture that reduces conflict emergence and resource-draining "firefighting."
Managing Challenging Situations - Simulation Training
The training explores a proactive and coaching-based approach to preventing, managing, and de-escalating challenging interaction situations. At the core is the recognition, acknowledgment, and active reception of others' negative emotions, while establishing healthy and flexible boundaries. In the training, we identify and deconstruct the faulty, conflict-creating, and deepening behavioral traits that arise from our everyday thinking.
This training is for anyone who wants to reduce the number of challenging interaction situations in their work and help themselves and others face even negative emotions with empathy and constructiveness. It is ideal as a first module if difficult situations require immediate first aid, but it is best suited as a follow-up module after the 3 first modules of our Culture Change program.

About the Content
In this training, we explore the significance of empathy, compassion, active listening, acceptance, and status behavior when engaging with and processing others' emotions.
Together, we will seek ways to create experiences where others feel heard and seen, making it possible to address and process emotions immediately. We will gather evidence and build trust that, more often than not, this is enough for the other person to resolve their issues on their own, without our advice or guidance.
We will review challenging client and workplace interactions and, together, find solutions using the tools learned in the training.

About the implementation
