About our training programs
Our training programs are interactive, guaranteed fun, and based on experiential learning. We incorporate engaging exercises, followed by reflective discussions, linking insights to both theory and real-world workplace applications.
Together with our clients, we design training processes tailored to current development needs. These range from short 2–4 session mini-processes to 1–2 month transformation programs. Training modules can also be combined into a longer-term process to drive and sustain cultural change. Additionally, we offer standalone training days (full- or half-day) and shorter sessions of 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
We use a multi-method approach, leveraging the metaskills of improvisation to enhance workplace resilience, adaptability, communication clarity, and creative problem-solving. Our methods also include facilitation, coaching, applied improvisation, forum theater, story theater, solution-focused supervision, positive psychology, and the Solios Spheres framework.

Short trainings
All our keynote topics can also be adapted into short training sessions. Additionally, our longer process-based trainings include themes and sections that can be delivered as standalone short sessions. Trainings can also be combined into a mini-process of 2–4 sessions, each lasting 1–4 hours.
